Debra Sullivan PA-C: Debra is Nationally certified and accredited Physician Assistant with an elite additional national certification in surgery, practicing for 16+ years. She specialized in Women’s Health Care for 10+ years and Emergency Medicine for 6 years. Debra is also an educator for five different universities, teaching medical students how to perform procedural skills such as the fine arts of injections. Her extensive experience has allowed her intricate skills to be perfected and refined. She has a understanding of patients ages 18-70 due to her unique and extensive experience in healthcare.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, so you’ll have plenty of time to relax, enjoy a cool beverage and give us any updates for your care and other paperwork.
Cancellations: NMS has a 24 hour appointment cancellation policy. If you are unable to make this appointment, please call us no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $25 cancellation fee. We attempt to remind clients of appointments, by phone, email or text, at least two days in advance. However, the responsibility of calling to cancel or reschedule an appointment remains with the client.
In the case of a same day cancellation, your account will be charged a $25 fee. This fee will be waived if we can fill your appointment slot.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up at your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $50 fee for your missed service. This is as a courtesy to the staff member, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. However, we understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you if at all possible. Repeated late cancellations or not showing for the appointment will require non-refundable deposit.

The initial appointment includes a complimentary consultation to discuss expectations and review & complete the consent forms.
Due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, appointments can sometimes exceed their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you will receive the same exceptional service and personal attention.

One week prior to treatment, patients will want to avoid taking aspirin, anti-inflammatory medications, Vitamin E and St. John’s Wort. This will help minimize any bruising or bleeding.
